 World birder Clive Green now lists over 5,000 species,
including 80 species of hummingbirds from Ecuador. Clive has organized
his notes from several recent excursions into a concisely written book
on finding the birds of Ecuador, which is available from many bird book
stores and catalogs. Raised in Kenya, Clive has also authored a
bird-finding guide for South Africa and Namibia. Clive with Kenn
Kaufman and Rick Taylor holds the present Mexican “Big Day” record of
